Kumagai Ryokan also supports co-working where you can work comfortably.

This facility can be used for a wide range of purposes, from day use to long-term stays, such as independent workers, workcations, and backpacking trips from Morioka.

Room type

Kumagai Ryokan has 8 rooms. There are “shower & toilet room” recommended for long-term stays and “simple room”.

A new room with a shower and toilet was born.
The classical Japanese-style rooms are equipped with air conditioners, mini-refrigerators, TVs, bedding, and free Wi-Fi throughout the building.
* There are 4 rooms with shower and toilet, and other rooms have shared toilets and baths.

  • ■Even in the “Simple Room,” guests can use the shared toilets.
  • ■“Day use” is limited to one person per room.

    Cancellation on the day： 100% of the usage fee
    Cancellation the day before： 70% of the usage fee
    Cancellation 2 days before： 50% of the usage fee.

  • ■All guests can use shared toilets and shared bathrooms (rotation system/rock bath, unit bath).
  • ■There are no amenities provided. Toothbrushes are sold at the reception, and bath towels and face towels can be rented for free.
  • ■Shared washing machine (100 yen per use) and iron can be rented.
  • ■Customers who use it on consecutive days can also use it during the daytime (9:00 to 16:00) within the reservation period.
  • ■For long-term reservations of 8 days or more, please contact us in advance.
